The role of the Kilgo Quad Council is to act as a residential programming and policy committee for Kilgo dormitory. We are each elected as a representative of our respective halls from within the dormitory, after which we internally select the executive members at the beginning of each semester. The Council acts as the liaison for the residents of Kilgo to Duke Student Government and the student body at large. It is also responsible for finding appropriate uses for the student programming fee collected from the residents of Kilgo.
