The Duke American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) is a group that promotes the fields of aeronautics and astronautics as well as creates networking opportunities with prestigious aeronautical companies and institutions.

Also, the Duke AIAA design team competes in the annual national AIAA design/build/fly model airplane competition. Finally, our group advocates the study and participation in research of aeronautics and aerospace related topics.
