On April 5, 1975, the Lambda Omega Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated was chartered on the campus of Duke University as the FIRST black sorority on campus. For more than 30 years, the Devastating Divas of the Lambda Omega Chapter have proudly served the Duke and Durham community. We are dedicated to public service at Duke and in Durham; programs under our organizations' Five Point Thrust to help create awareness and involvement amongst fellow students in the Duke community, as well as creating a sisterhood of lifelong friendship.
