The Center for Race Relations is a student-run organization dedicated to changing the face of race relations at Duke. First and foremost the CRR is a community of diverse students. The CRR challenges people to think critically about issues of race, gender, and sexuality in an environment open to all perspectives. We provide a safe space for meaningful exchange among all members of Duke's diverse community through sustained dialogue, academic engagement, social interaction, and experiential learning. As a student-run organization, the CRR acts as an ally for all individuals who are discriminated against and marginalized.
